The US Army Corps of Engineers is conducting a market survey to determine if there are a reasonable number of interested small business concerns to set this future project aside for them. The project involves repairing three corroded and leaking vent pipes with Cured in Place Piping (CIPP) at Rough River Lake. The pipes are 100ft long and 24” in diameter, and the contractor must remove a section near the top to access the inside of the pipe. The project also includes an option to line one floatwell with the same material. The estimated contract duration is 180 calendar days, and the estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. • The project requires the use of CIPP material, including Unsaturated Polyester Resin, Multiaxial glass fabric, and UV light curing. • The contractor must have experience with similar projects, including CIPP repair on large diameter pipes and managing multiple subcontractors. • The contractor must provide documentation of their experience, including project scope, size, dollar value, and completion date. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of a contract.
