The Saratoga County is seeking a vendor to administer its insured Medicare Advantage plan with Prescription Drug program (MAPD) for all Medicare eligible retired members and their eligible dependents. The plan is intended to be effective January 1, 2026, and the vendor will be required to provide a combined Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug plan. The vendor must also provide rate guarantees for 2027 and 2028.
