The State of North Carolina, Department of Insurance, is seeking bids from qualified vendors to furnish and deliver Bullard NXT Pro Bundle Thermal Imaging Cameras for training delivered across the state, as well as at the North Carolina Emergency Training Center. The cameras are brand specific and substitutions will not be accepted. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that offers the lowest price that meets the specifications. The vendor must be authorized by the manufacturer to distribute or resell the products and must provide a signed statement from the manufacturer confirming authorization. • The cameras must meet the brand specific specifications listed in the solicitation. • The vendor must provide a copy of the manufacturer's standard warranty with the bid response. • The vendor must complete and submit the HUB Supplemental Vendor Information form. • The vendor must comply with all requirements and specifications stated in the IFB. • The vendor must provide responses to all questions and complete all attachments for this IFB. • The vendor must submit its bid through the Sourcing Tool.
