The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is seeking bids for the purchase of approximately 4,500 tons of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) approved finish grade lime rock base to be delivered to Picayune Strand State Forest in Collier County, Florida. The successful vendor will be required to deliver the material within 60 business days of the issuance of the purchase order. The vendor must also comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the ITB, including providing a warranty for the material and adhering to the Department's purchase order terms and conditions. • The material must meet FDOT grade specifications • The material must be free of lumps and foreign matter • The vendor must provide a haul ticket with load weight and delivery date • The vendor must deliver the material within 60 business days of the issuance of the purchase order • The vendor must comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the ITB
