The Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center is seeking information from potential sources for a Brand Name or Equal to a Transonic Systems Inc., HD03 Hemodialysis Monitor. The monitor will be used in the hemodialysis department to confirm delivered flow, detect recirculation, and measure access flow. The contractor shall provide a one-year manufacturer's warranty on all parts and labor. The work set forth in the Scope of Work shall be completed in a single visit, and all work is to be scheduled in advance with the COR. • The monitor must be compatible with Baxter hemodialysis machines. • The monitor must have a rechargeable battery for mobile patient to patient via IV pole portability. • The monitor must have H4FX sensors that use transit-time burst ultrasound technology. • The monitor must have a touch screen of at least 8.4 inches. • The monitor must include a pole mount kit. • The contractor shall provide initial training on using and maintaining the equipment. • The contractor shall comply with all Infection Control Risk Assessment requirements deemed appropriate by the Providence VA Medical Center.
