Description:
The City of San Buenaventura is seeking a vendor to provide maintenance and support for the city's existing security camera hardware. The scope of work includes regular scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolution of system issues, as well as installation of new or additional hardware. The city is looking for a vendor that can provide responsive customer service and has experience working with similar security camera systems. • The city currently has 200 cameras, including 159 fixed cameras and 43 pan-tilt-zoom cameras, with plans to exceed 2225 cameras shortly. • The vendor will be required to provide a clear and comprehensive understanding of all costs associated with providing the services outlined in the scope of work. • The vendor will be required to maintain the applicable required insurance through the term of the contract with the city. • The city reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received and to amend, cancel, or reissue this request for proposal in writing at any time.
