The New Mexico State Purchasing Division is seeking bids for solid waste and recycling collection and disposal services at various New Mexico National Guard facilities. The services provided must be in accordance with New Mexico Administrative Code, Title 20 Environmental Protection, Chapter 9 Solid Waste, specifically Part 2 Solid Waste Management General Requirements. The contract will require the collection and disposal of solid waste, including waste materials and other discarded materials resulting from the maintenance and operation of the facilities. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide dumpsters that meet the requirements of the New Mexico National Guard. • The contractor must not relocate dumpsters without prior approval from the contract officers. • The contractor must provide recycling services as required by the contract.
