The Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) is seeking a highly qualified and competent Construction Manager (CM) to provide preconstruction services and implement the construction of the Braintree Logan Express Garage project. The project involves the construction of a complex garage, a new terminal facility, and two future precast parking garages. The CM will be responsible for providing construction management at risk services, including preconstruction services and construction of the project in accordance with an agreement where the basis for payment is the cost of the work plus a fee with a negotiated guaranteed maximum price. • The project is expected to address parking demand and customer service interest, including the potential for reserved vehicle parking and advance TSA check-in and screening. • A Supplemental Information Package will be available on the Massport website, which will provide more details on the scope of the project and the selection process. • A Construction Manager Briefing will be held via Microsoft Teams to provide an overview of the project and answer questions. • Responses should be addressed to Luciana Burdi and submitted via Bid Express by 12:00 Noon Local Time on Thursday, January 8, 2026.
