The Florida Department of Commerce is seeking to purchase ArcGIS mapping software and ESRI Advantage Program from Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI). The Office of Broadband requires a mapping license and tools to track broadband infrastructure projects funded by Federal Grant Programs. The ESRI Enterprise Advantage Program (EEAP) and associated training credits and mapping tools are proprietary in nature, owned, operated, and licensed exclusively by ESRI, Inc. The contract is for a one-year subscription package, from May 2026 to May 2027. • The contract requires the provision of ArcGIS mapping software and ESRI Advantage Program. • The Office of Broadband will utilize the software for location analysis, funding deduplication, live-data services/apps, and deliverable based exports for stakeholders. • The contract has an estimated dollar amount of $222,705.00. • The justification for single source acquisition is that ESRI's proprietary software provides tools and capabilities necessary for Commerce to operate effectively.
