Valley Water is seeking experienced and qualified firms to provide general and specialized biological services on an as-needed basis. The services include botany, wetlands, fisheries, wildlife, restoration ecology, land and natural resources management, and other biological support services. The selected firm will assist Valley Water in accomplishing its tasks in a timely manner. The project objectives include planning, design, construction, and post-construction phases. The firm will provide services as needed, and a project scope will be developed for each task order. • The firm must have 5 years of experience in working in the San Francisco Bay Area and in biological support services. • The firm's key staff and employees must possess knowledge of the appropriate regulations and codes, hold the certifications, licenses, or affiliations required to provide the services. • The firm must comply with the qualification requirements described in the RFP. • The firm will be required to submit a cost proposal, technical proposal, and other documents as part of the proposal submittal.
