Description:
The Naval Sea Systems Command Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to BrandSafway Services for the rental of HAKITEC Temporary Roofing System Components. The contract will include a fifty-two-week base period, with a fifty-two-week option period. The purpose of this requirement is to construct the roof needed to properly enclose the dry-dock for a project to ensure the environment can be maintained, as well as to attach the equipment to pre-existing structures. The Haki System is designed to be attached to existing Excel Scaffolding and is engineered to ensure all safety regulations are met for both Haki and Excel Scaffolding systems. * The contract will be for the rental of HAKITEC Temporary Roofing System Components. * The contract will include a fifty-two-week base period, with a fifty-two-week option period. * The purpose of this requirement is to construct the roof needed to properly enclose the dry-dock for a project. * The Haki System is designed to be attached to existing Excel Scaffolding and is engineered to ensure all safety regulations are met.
