The opportunity is for the relocation of the Bakersfield Vet Center. The solicitation is for the acquisition of a leasehold interest in real property. The Government intends to award a lease to the responsible offeror whose proposal represents the best value after evaluation. The lease award will be based on factors and subfactors specified in the solicitation. • The offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of award and maintain registration during contract performance. • The offeror must provide a unique entity identifier and EFT indicator, if applicable. • The offeror must comply with the Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Security Act (FASCSA) orders and disclose any covered articles or sources subject to FASCSA orders. • The offeror must submit proposals in paper media in sealed envelopes or packages, unless other methods are permitted in the solicitation.
