Description:
The County of Camden is seeking a provider to deliver comprehensive 12-hour Intoxicated Driver Resource Center (IDRC) education, screening, and monitoring services. The provider must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including N.J.S.A. 39:4-50(f) and N.J.A.C. 10:162. The IDRC Director must be a Licensed Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) with a minimum of five years of experience in the treatment of substance use disorders. The provider must maintain policies and procedures consistent with N.J.A.C. 10:162 and submit an operational plan that addresses both remote and in-person capacities. Key responsibilities include: * Providing at least 12 hours of programming conducted as two consecutive 6-hour days * Utilizing the IDP-approved educational curriculum with certified instructional staff * Accommodating scheduling and rescheduling policies in line with N.J.A.C. 10:162-3.3 * Demonstrating the ability to perform both virtual and in-person class scheduling * Submitting an operational plan, organizational chart, staffing plan, and job descriptions * Maintaining confidentiality policies and procedures * Ensuring IDRC personnel work is accurately recorded on sufficient timesheets
