Description:
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking a contractor to remove surface corrosion and apply a protective coating to engine generator exhaust mufflers and exterior piping of the Power Services Building (PSB) at the Fort Worth Air Route Traffic Control Center (ZFW ARTCC). The contractor will be required to furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced offeror determined to be eligible for award. • The contractor must have experience in commercial painting and have completed at least two projects in the past five years that meet the minimum requirements. • The contractor must submit a completed Organizational Experience Questionnaire (OEQ) with their proposal. • The contractor must provide a firm fixed price for the work. • The contract will be for a period of 30 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. • The contractor will be required to execute a Contractor's Release Form DOT F 4220.4 prior to final payment under the contract.
