The relocation is being done in phases, with all employees not moving at once. The selected proposer(s) will be responsible for moving office items, IT equipment, and large mailroom equipment. They must be able to accommodate flexible scheduling and provide proof of insurance coverage. The proposal should include past performance, experience, and qualifications, as well as a detailed breakdown of pricing for each phase. • The project involves relocating approximately 450 employees from three different locations to the Gordon Persons Building. • The proposer must be able to move office items, including furniture, glass tops, and framed wall art. • The proposer must be able to move IT equipment, including personal monitors, scanners, and desktop printers. • The proposer must be able to move large mailroom equipment, including mail sorters and inserters. • The proposer must be able to accommodate flexible scheduling and provide proof of insurance coverage.
