The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking a qualified firm to provide Engineering Design Consultant Services for various projects. The scope of services includes engineering and design services for projects such as the South Valdosta Truck Bypass, SR 316 @ CR 138/Smith Cemetery Road, and SR 36 From I-75/Butts to SR 18/Lamar. The selected consultant will be responsible for providing a range of services including preliminary engineering, environmental document preparation, and construction phase services. • The consultant will be required to provide a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) that includes information on their experience, qualifications, and resources. • The SOQ should include information on the project manager, key team leaders, and other personnel who will be working on the project. • The consultant will be evaluated based on their technical approach, DBE utilization plan, and other factors. • The contract will be awarded to the most highly qualified consultant based on the evaluation criteria.
