Description:
The Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) is seeking a vendor to provide marketing and revenue growth strategy services. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy to increase revenue for AHEC. The scope of work includes increasing gross revenue by 25% in FY26, developing a two-year campus-wide food and beverage marketing strategy, and promoting campus event space rental opportunities. The vendor will also be responsible for designing and implementing targeted digital marketing campaigns, driving visibility of parking availability, and facilitating connections between Peak Beverage's Quad Side Tavern and Denver-based hospitality groups. • The vendor must have at least three years of experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with a focus on increasing client revenue. • The vendor must be legally authorized to operate in Colorado and provide a Certificate of Good Standing from the Colorado Secretary of State's Office. • The vendor must provide a detailed project plan and timeline, including costs and deliverables-based pricing structure. • The vendor must demonstrate their ability to perform all items stated in the scope of work and meet the minimum requirements.
