The Barrow County Board of Education is seeking proposals for Custodial Program – Equipment Services, Vendor Managed Inventory Services, and Misc. Custodial Support Services. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to begin preparation work on May 12, 2026, and start contract services on July 01, 2026. The proposal instructions and documents will be available via email request to greg.webb@barrow.k12.ga.us starting from December 10, 2025. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on December 11, 2025. The contract will be awarded on a lump sum basis, and the company awarded the contract must be able to begin necessary preparation work on May 12, 2026. • The contract is for Custodial Program – Equipment Services, Vendor Managed Inventory Services, and Misc.
