The City of Rosenberg is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Street Sweeping Services. The services include cleaning all curbs, gutters, median curbs, road shoulders, gore points, turning lanes, and underpasses located in the City. The contractor will be required to provide their own equipment, labor, fuel, and materials necessary to complete the work. The contract term is for one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms. • The contractor must have a competent and experienced supervisor/foreman on duty during each shift. • The contractor must provide their own equipment, including sweepers, dump trucks, and support equipment. • The contractor must maintain a sufficient supply of brooms and replacement parts to ensure continuous cleaning operations. • The contractor must comply with all applicable State and Local laws and Ordinances related to the hauling and handling of debris. • The contractor must demonstrate evidence of an adequate service facility to ensure scheduled routine maintenance.
