The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking proposals for the IIJA FUNDED - SAT ATCT TERMINAL FACILITY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (TFIP) located in San Antonio, Texas. The project involves the modernization of the San Antonio ATCT (SAT) and includes various construction and renovation tasks. The contractor will be responsible for performing all work under the contract, including coordination with subcontractors and suppliers. The FAA will provide one bound copy of the construction drawings and specifications for the contractor's use during the execution of the contract. • The contractor must have a current and valid registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database. • The contractor must submit a proposal in accordance with the Solicitation/Request for Proposal (SIR). • The contractor must provide a certification that all materials used on the project are free of lead and asbestos. • The contractor must comply with all state and local requirements for construction of utilities. • The contractor must cooperate with the FAA and other public or private utility services during the progress of the work.
