The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking services for Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Applied Engineering, Spectrum, and Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Engineering Analysis Support. The services will include E3 and spectrum engineering support, technical advice support, and analysis of national and international electromagnetic spectrum issues.
