The North Texas Tollway Authority is seeking bids for the purchase and delivery of Georgia Pacific cleaning supplies on an as-needed basis for a period of three years. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who meets all the requirements specified in the RFB. The bidder must provide a discount off the catalog/list price for all items offered by the manufacturer. The NTTA reserves the right to purchase related items, which will be priced on the basis of minus discount off the current list price. • The contract term is three years. • The bidder must provide all required documents and upload them to the NTTA Marketplace by the bid due date. • The NTTA reserves the right to require documentation that each bidder is an established business and is abiding by all laws applicable to the bidder and the State of Texas. • The bidder must comply with the Business Diversity Program, which aims to provide contracting opportunities for disadvantaged, minority-, and women-owned business enterprises. • The bidder must submit a Bid Sheet, Respondent's Agreement Regarding COI Confidentiality Disclosures & Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, and other required forms.
