The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to Waters Technologies Corporation for the purchase of Waters FlexCHOICE Coverage, a 12-month service contract that includes the service and repair of specific Waters instruments, as well as a Performance Maintenance (PM) visit for each instrument. The key aspects of this opportunity include: • The service contract is for a 12-month period • The contract includes service and repair of Waters Xevo G2-XS QTof Quadrupole Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry (MS) instrument and Waters Acquity Advanced Polymer Chromatography (APC) system • A PM visit is included to ensure the instruments are operating at peak performance • The purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b)
