The Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources is seeking a vendor to provide civil engineering services for Fee In Lieu of (FILO) projects. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing sustainable stream and wetland mitigation projects that generate mitigation credit. The scope of work includes site identification, coordination with stakeholders, property boundary surveys, and preparation of conceptual design plans. The vendor will also be responsible for overseeing construction and monitoring the project for compliance with regulatory agencies. • The project will be located in various counties in Kentucky, including Northern Kentucky, Lower Licking River, and Lower Kentucky River FILO Service Areas. • The vendor must have experience in stream and wetland restoration design and must be registered in Kentucky. • The contract will be awarded based on a best-value selection process, with evaluation criteria including firm experience, personnel and experience, and qualifications. • The project schedule will be determined on a project-by-project basis, with individual projects assigned from the date of award until December 31, 2026.
