Citrus County, Florida is seeking proposals from qualified vendors of promotional products, including embroidered/screen printed clothing. The Agreement for this RFP will be for an initial two-year period with an option to renew for an additional three one-year extensions by mutual consent. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to inform interested proposers how to prepare and submit a sealed proposal for serving as a vendor. The County currently places orders, approximately $25,000 annually, for promotional projects. Examples of items ordered include, but are not limited to, magnets, hats, tote bags, business apparel, t-shirts, trophies and awards, drinkware, koozies, writing instruments, lapel pins, enamel ornaments, and other miscellaneous promotional printing. Some key points to consider: • The Respondent shall have a minimum of three (3) years of business experience providing apparel, embroidery, screen printing, and other related promotional items. • Respondent shall have an active registration in Sunbiz (https://dos.fl.gov/sunbiz/start-business/know-before-starting/). • Respondent shall answer and submit all documents required in the RESPONDENT RESPONSES section. • The County reserves the right to choose more than one vendor to service its needs throughout the County. • The County seeks a vendor to provide products/service in a timely manner.
