Description:
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to upgrade the HVAC system in Building 51 at the St. Cloud VA Health Care System. The project involves replacing aging and end-of-life HVAC systems with current technology and in accordance with VA design standards. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to complete the project. The period of performance for this work is 275 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed.
