The City of Pooler is seeking proposals for comprehensive landscape and grounds maintenance services for its Municipal Complex. The scope of work includes turf management, monthly treatment plans, plant and bedding maintenance, and irrigation system operation. The selected contractor will be responsible for performing all services in compliance with municipal, state, and local regulations. • The contract will be for an initial term of 3.5 years with two optional one-year renewal periods. • The contractor must have relevant experience in municipal landscape and grounds maintenance services. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonding. • The contractor must comply with the Georgia Open Records Act. • The contractor must indemnify and hold harmless the City of Pooler from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the performance of the contract.
