The Robert F. Sweeney District Court is seeking bids for elevator maintenance services. The contract term will be for three years, starting January 1, 2026, and ending December 31, 2028. A pre-bid meeting and site visit are scheduled for October 21, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. The successful bidder will be required to maintain the elevators at the district court, located at 361 Rowe Blvd, Annapolis, MD 21401. Key responsibilities will include: • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on the elevators • Ensuring the elevators are in good working condition • Responding to service calls in a timely manner • Providing replacement parts and labor as needed The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to commercial nondiscrimination, bribery, and debarment.
