The Government requires a full-service lease for: A minimum of 3,750 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 5,000 RSF of professional retail office space for a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center Lease term not to exceed five (5) years with Government termination rights Located within a defined delineated area in Fairfield, California; N: Hwy Canterbury Dr S: Travis Blvd E: Pennsylvania Ave W: Hwy 80 further define delineated area if needed. Designated on-site parking for up to fourteen (14) government vehicles must be provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.
