The County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to contract for a rental car concession at the Salisbury-Ocean City airport. The successful proposer will be required to enter a contract with the County for the services requested in this RFP within twenty days after award notification. The contract will be for a term of five years, with the option to extend for one to five years. The vendor will be required to provide a minimum annual guarantee of $80,000 for the first year of the agreement. The County intends to award concession agreements to up to three qualified company proposers based on the highest minimum annual guarantees. • The vendor must currently operate a rental car concession in three or more commercial airports in the U.S. • The vendor must affirm that if selected, they will execute the new RAC agreement within twenty days of notification. • The vendor must provide a minimum annual guarantee of $80,000 for the first year of the agreement. • The vendor will be required to produce a monthly report form. • The vendor will be required to have on-premises personnel during business hours. • The vendor will be required to make good faith efforts to meet or exceed the County's ACDBE goal through the purchase of goods and services.
