The SEO Library Consortium is seeking a vendor to provide an Integrated Library System (ILS) that meets the needs of its 103 member libraries. The ILS should be a modern, cloud-based system that supports the unique challenges and functions of SEO member libraries. The system should be able to integrate with third-party products and services, such as SOLUS, OverDrive, and EBSCO. The vendor should have experience with large library systems and consortia, and should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successfully migrating large library automation sites. The vendor should also be able to provide comprehensive support and training services, including 24/7/365 support, system security expertise, and continuous support to maintain patron confidentiality and system integrity.
