This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to perform comprehensive runway and taxiway improvements at Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport (GRB). The work includes full-depth rehabilitation of Runway 18‑36, fillet work on Taxiway M6, installation of a Runway Weather Information System (RWIS), and reconstruction/fillet of Taxiway M1. The contractor will be responsible for demolition, excavation, sub‑grade preparation, geogrid installation, paving (both concrete and asphalt), marking, lighting, turfing, and related traffic control measures. • Runway 18‑36 rehabilitation (13‑16″ concrete removal, new PCC pavement, surface preparation, markings, lighting) • Taxiway M6 fillet and Taxiway M1 reconstruction/fillet (including concrete removal, base course, paving, and surface markings) • Installation of a Runway Weather Information System and associated utility work (underground conduit, cable, electrical handholes) • Extensive earthwork, drainage (underdrain pipe, porous backfill, filter fabric), and site finishing (hydro‑mulching, grading) • All required labor, materials, equipment, and compliance with Buy‑American and DBE requirements.
