The Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC is seeking a firm fixed price quotation for the provision of an Excelsior 532-300 CDRH -CW DPSS XC Laser and an EXLSR-FC-KIT Fiber Coupling Kit for Excelsior Lasers. The quotation should include the origin of manufacture, unique employee identifier, and a published price list. The contractor must also register in the System For Award Management (SAM) database. The award will be made to the responsive and responsible offeror who submits the lowest total price and meets all the technical requirements. * The items to be quoted are: * Excelsior 532-300 CDRH -CW DPSS XC Laser, 532 nm, 300 mW, Singlemode, CDRH-compliant * EXLSR-FC-KIT Fiber Coupling Kit for Excelsior Lasers, 1m PM Fiber, FC/APC Fiber Tip Termination * The quotation should include the price, lead time, and any discounts available. * The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. * The contractor must also comply with the terms and conditions of the agreement, including the warranty and limitation of liability provisions.
