The Town of Lake Placid, Florida is soliciting proposals from licensed and qualified General Contractors to perform the construction of a new Police Station. The project includes construction of the police station, modifications to existing utilities, sidewalk additions and repairs, and surface parking lot additions and repairs. The contractor must demonstrate substantial experience with proven ability to perform adequate construction of the aforementioned project type. The project requires a Bid Bond equal to 5% of the proposed contract amount and Payment and Performance Bonds each equal to 100% of the contract amount.
