The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking a contractor to provide on-site laboratory equipment maintenance, repair, and fabrication services at the National Center for Toxicological Research (NCTR) in Jefferson, Arkansas. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract with a base period and four option years. The contractor will be required to provide services in accordance with the PWS and appendices thereto. • The contractor will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and fabricating laboratory equipment. • The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies to perform the services. • The contractor will be paid monthly in arrears for services rendered and accepted by the Government. • The contractor will be required to submit invoices electronically through the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Invoice Processing Platform System (IPP). • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to personnel security clearance standards and residency requirements.
