Elizabeth City State University is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive repair and preventive maintenance services for commercial kitchen equipment located across various campus dining and event facilities. The contract term is one year, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms. The vendor will be required to provide maintenance and repair services, including emergency response and troubleshooting. The evaluation criteria include experience and qualifications, approach and methodology, staffing and capacity, and cost proposal. • Key facilities supported under this agreement include the ECSU Cafeteria, Retail Dining, Provisions on Demand, K.E. White Graduate Center, Viking Bites Food Truck, and Caribou Coffee. • The vendor must have experience in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance and repair, relevant licenses and certifications, and references from similar engagements. • The vendor must also provide a detailed maintenance plan, emergency response protocols, and supervision and reporting practices. • The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the State, considering factors such as cost, quality, and experience.
