The City of New Rochelle is seeking qualified contractors to provide demolition services to remove an existing interior wall that currently separates two adjacent tenant spaces located at 24 Station Plaza North in New Rochelle, New York. The purpose of this work is to combine the two separate spaces into a single, unified retail space within the New Rochelle Train Station. The scope of work includes interior wall demolition, wall repair and surface restoration, powder room construction, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and services necessary to complete the scope of work. • The contractor must have experience in demolition, construction, and renovation work. • The contractor must have a valid New York State contractor's license. • The contractor must have liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor must comply with all applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards. • The contractor must provide a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
