The U.S. Customs and Border Protection is seeking a contractor to provide trucking and moving services for the Area Port of St. Thomas/St. John. The contractor will be responsible for moving documents, supplies, and equipment between multiple locations, including WICO, Cargo, Havensight Mall, Crown Bay Sandfill, and others. The contractor must be licensed to conduct business in the Virgin Islands and demonstrate capabilities in relation to the requirements set forth in the Statement of Work (SOW). The evaluation will be based on factors such as management, service delivery, responsiveness, past performance, and price. • The contract will be a firm fixed price blanket purchase agreement. • The period of performance will be a base year and four possible option years. • The contractor must provide technical requirements capability statement specifically outlining those requirements. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit invoices as defined by Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) 2.101.
