The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking bids for armed and unarmed security guard services for Region 04 facilities. The selected contractor will provide security services, including but not limited to, access control, surveillance, and emergency response. The contractor must have experience providing security services to large facilities and must be able to demonstrate their ability to perform the required services. • The contractor must provide a minimum of two security guards per shift, with a minimum of two shifts per day. • The contractor must have a minimum of two years of experience providing security services to large facilities. • The contractor must be able to demonstrate their ability to provide security services to multiple facilities simultaneously. • The contractor must have a plan in place for emergency response and must be able to demonstrate their ability to respond to emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
