Budget Estimate (AI):

$500,000 – $2,000,000

Based on similar municipal water‑infrastructure rehabilitation projects, the contract value is likely in the mid‑hundreds of thousands to low‑millions of dollars. A typical concrete repair and coating scope of this size (several hundred linear feet of outfall) can range from $500 k for a basic repair to $2 M if extensive corrosion protection systems are required, plus contingency and bonding costs.
