Aurora Public Schools is seeking proposals for Sign Language Interpreting Services for students, staff, and families who are Deaf or hard of hearing. The selected vendor will provide American Sign Language (ASL) or other visual communication systems as required. The contract term is approximately 11 months, from August 12, 2025, to June 29, 2026, with an option to renew for up to 4 years. The evaluation criteria include vendor compliance, past performance, technical compliance, customer service, and pricing. • The vendor must provide Sign Language Interpreting Services for students, staff, and families who are Deaf or hard of hearing. • The vendor must have experience providing similar services to K-12 schools or similar organizations. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, including the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). • The vendor must provide a management summary, pricing information, and customer service and quality assurance information. • The vendor must submit a redacted bid response for CORA requests.
