The project involves the replacement of a 120,000 square feet, single-story cargo facility with approximately 95,000 square feet of cargo area and 25,000 square feet of mezzanine office space. The project also includes an ancillary Ground Service Equipment (GSE) Maintenance Facility of approximately 17,000 square feet. The scope of work for this trade package includes decommissioning and/or relocating, and new duct bank and services for power, data, and low voltage site distribution to the planned new Cargo and GSE facilities. • The project requires prequalification, and upon qualification, a Request for Proposal will be issued. • The estimated cost of the project is $5,000,000. • The main trades involved in the trade package are Laborers, Electricians, and Operators. • The project has a CMD LBE participation requirement of at least 16%.
