The California Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking quotes from certified Small Businesses for Grease Trap Cleaning and Disposal Services at the Veterans Home of California at Fresno. The scope of work includes providing grease trap cleaning and disposal services as described in the solicitation for quote (SFQ) and the sample agreement. The term of the agreement will be from January 1, 2027, or upon date of approval, whichever is later, through December 31, 2029. • The services must be provided as described in the SFQ and the sample agreement. • The contractor must be a certified Small Business or Micro Business. • The contractor must submit all required documents, including the quote rate sheet, payee data record, and contractor certification clauses. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Economic Sanctions against Russia and Russian entities and individuals. • The contractor must notify the State in writing if it intends to provide Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) as a deliverable to the State or utilize GenAI to complete any deliverable that materially impacts the functionality of a State system, risk to the State, or contract performance.
