Description:
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide Mechanical System Closed Loop Maintenance Process (Cooling Tower) services at Nellis AFB. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with an option to extend for up to 4 additional years. The contractor will be responsible for providing chemical water treatment of chilled water HVAC systems. The government will evaluate offers based on past performance, price, and technical capabilities. • The contractor must have recent and relevant experience with chemical water treatment of chilled water HVAC systems. • The contractor must provide a completed Past Performance Information Form (PPIF) and a Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ). • The contractor must provide a quote that includes all required information, including price, technical capabilities, and warranty information. • The government reserves the right to conduct discussions with offerors if necessary. • The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote is considered to be the best value.
