The California Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified vendors to contract for Temporary/Relief Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Administrator Services. The contractor is responsible for meeting all of the licenses and certifications required to perform the scope of services set forth in this solicitation. Key responsibilities include: • Providing temporary or relief administrative services for skilled nursing facilities • Meeting all licenses and certifications required to perform the scope of services • Complying with all instructions and requirements contained in the IFB • Submitting bids via email to the designated contact person • Participating in the DVBE program and applying for the DVBE incentive if eligible The contract term is expected to start on May 1, 2026, and end on April 30, 2029. The successful bidder will be required to enter into an Agreement with CalVet prepared on a State of California Standard Agreement (STD 213 form).
