The City of Fort Lupton is seeking a contractor to perform a crack/slurry seal project on various roads within the city limits. The project includes cleaning existing cracks, adding mastic, applying crack sealant, and slurry sealing and restriping the roadway. The contractor must have experience with road construction and be familiar with the City of Fort Lupton's 2024 Construction Specifications for Public Improvements and the Colorado Department of Transportation's 2019 Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction. The project has a substantial completion date of October 17, 2025. • The project includes cleaning existing cracks from debris and vegetation • The project includes adding mastic inside of cracks as needed • The project includes applying crack sealant in existing joints/cracks as needed • The project includes slurry seal and restriping of roadway • The contractor must have experience with road construction • The contractor must be familiar with the City of Fort Lupton's 2024 Construction Specifications for Public Improvements • The contractor must be familiar with the Colorado Department of Transportation's 2019 Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction
