The University of Iowa is seeking a qualified supplier to provide construction audit services for the Tower Development project. The successful supplier will work in partnership with the Board of Regents Chief Audit Executive, University, and UI Health Care to fulfill the scope of services, including cost verification, contract compliance, review of construction claims, and validation of payments to subcontractors. The supplier must have experience with auditing healthcare construction projects over $100 million and provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach, qualifications, and pricing structure. • The project has a construction value of over $1.5 billion and is slated for completion in 2032. • The supplier will be required to submit monthly reports and executive summaries to the Chief Audit Executive and other university administrators. • The university reserves the right to change the scope of work and terminate the agreement if necessary. • The supplier must comply with all state and federal laws, including HIPAA and GLB. • The university prefers not to permit suppliers to transfer or store university data outside the United States.
