Appalachian State University is seeking a comprehensive Threat and Vulnerability Management (TVM) software solution to support the cybersecurity needs of the entire campus. The solution should include network-based scans for asset discovery and inventory, scheduled and on-demand vulnerability scanning, and prioritize vulnerabilities using CVSS or threat intelligence. The solution should also support role-based access control, SAML authentication, and have customizable dashboards and reports. The contract term will be for one year with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms. • Must have requirements include: network-based scans, scheduled and on-demand vulnerability scanning, prioritization of vulnerabilities, support for cloud environments, customizable dashboards, and pre-built reports. • Should have requirements include: automatic discovery and inventory of asset types, authenticated and unauthenticated scans, coverage for OS, applications, databases, and network devices, and integration with threat intelligence feeds. • Could have requirements include: web application scanning, container scanning, automated remediation workflows, and bidirectional closing of tickets.
