Palm Beach County Fire Rescue is seeking information on comprehensive hardware and software solutions for a next-generation Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) system. The system should enhance dispatch efficiency, interoperability, mobile data access, and real-time analytics within the public safety communication ecosystem. The goals of the project include streamlining incident dispatching, enabling AI and machine learning-assisted decision support, and supporting mobile field units with reliable offline capabilities.
