The US Army Corps of Engineers is announcing a pre-solicitation for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Design Build/Design Bid Build (DB/DBB) projects located West of the Mississippi River. The contract will have a total capacity of $99M and will include a three-year base period and one two-year option period. The work will involve general construction for all Charleston District Programs. • The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price MATOC. • The MATOC pool will include a target of seven (7) contractors. • The work will be located West of the Mississippi River. • The contract has a Not to Exceed amount of $99M in shared capacity amongst all MATOC awardees for the life of the contract.
